     ASOCKS_LICENSE_KEY = License Key found in ASOCKSKEY.ch

     CSTOOLS_LICENSE_KEY = License Key found in CSKEYS.ch

Return

     A Reference to a new Time object.

Description

Creates an Instance of the aprTime Class and initializes it to its default state.
